EL ZORZAL
It is a winery with the purpose of expressing the terroir of this high-altitude region with its calcareous soils. The winery practices organic viticulture and low-intervention winemaking, using native yeasts and techniques such as fermentation in concrete eggs. Its wines —including Malbec, Pinot Noir, and other varieties— are known for their freshness, elegance, and true sense of place.
