More than rafting — a complete experience in the Mendoza mountains
Nomads offers an exclusive journey that combines adventure, history, gastronomy, wine, and relaxation in a unique experience along the Mendoza River.
Journey to the Adventure
The experience begins with private transportation from your accommodation in Greater Mendoza to Potrerillos, where each guest will receive a Breakfast Box along with coffee, tea, and/or mate.
At our changing facilities, all equipment will be provided (wetsuit, jacket, boots, helmet, and life vest), ensuring comfort and safety from the very start.
Snack at Guido
After exploring the station and learning about its history, it's time for a snack designed to surprise and recharge your energy before taking on the best rapids of the Mendoza River.
The Perfect Ending
To close the day, each participant will enjoy a relaxing shower with individual towels and amenities (shampoo and conditioner).
After refreshing themselves, guests are welcomed with an aperitif overlooking the mountains at the Gran Hotel Potrerillos — the ideal setting to share and celebrate the adventure before heading back home.
The Rafting Expedition
With a small group (max. 14 people), the navigation begins. Two rafts led by expert guides and a safety kayaker ensure a personalized experience.
The rafting route (24 km in total) combines thrilling rapids with breathtaking scenery until reaching the historic Guido Station, a hidden spot among the mountains accessible only by river or long treks.
Local gastronomy
After the rafting experience, we'll enjoy a riverside lunch cooked over fire and embers, surrounded by nature. Local dishes, outdoor cooking, and a relaxed atmosphere — the perfect way to end the adventure.
Return
The day concludes with private transportation back to the accommodation, closing an unforgettable journey filled with adrenaline, flavors, and the cultural history of Mendoza.
